County Engineers Elect David Olsonawski President
David A. Olsonawski, P.E., Hubbard County Engineer, Public Works Coordinator, is the newly elected President of the Minnesota County Engineers Association (MCEA). David was elected at the Annual Conference January 23rd, 2009. David has served on the MCEA Board of Directors and as a member and Secretary of the County Screening Board as well as several Association committees.
