Sue Miller, PE, the Freeborn (MN) County Engineer, received the 2012 National Association of County Engineers (NACE) Rural County Engineer of the Year Award at the NACE Annual Meeting & Technical Conference held in Lexington, KY on April 4, 2012.  More details to follow…
