2012 County Highway Safety Award

The first annual MCEA Safety Award was presented at the MCEA Annual Conference to Olmsted County by Kristi Sebastian, Dakota County Traffic Engineer (left).  Accepting the award was Olmsted County Engineer Mike Sheehan (center) and Assistant County Engineer Kaye Bieniek (right).
