About the MCEA

MCEA is an association of the County Engineers in the state of Minnesota organized under the Articles of Incorporation to promote the county engineering profession and uphold the Code of Ethics.

The Minnesota County Engineers' Association consists of full voting member County Engineer's from each of the 87 counties in Minnesota appointed by the local county board according to MN Statute 163.07. All full voting members must be registered professional engineers in the state of Minnesota. Associate members consist of registered professional engineers working for a Minnesota County.

The Association annually elects a governing body with representatives from each of the MnDOT districts and executive officers elected at large.
