Minimum Allotment Task Force
The language from the spring 2009 Screening Board minutes follows: Motion was made by Tim Stahl, seconded by Brian Noetzelman to create a minimum allotment task force to review the historical intent of the minimum county adjustment, to study the long term impacts of no minimum county adjustment to the excess sum distribution, and to recommend to the Screening Board whether or not this adjustment should be applied to the excess sum distribution.
