County Engineers Elect Darrell Pettis President

Darrell Pettis P.E., Le Sueur County Engineer, and County Administrator is the newly elected President of the Minnesota County Engineers Association (MCEA).  Darrell was elected at the Annual Conference January 22nd, 2010.
